Yes the price has tax included, i can give you an invoice for the amount im asking in this thread ($2,800 pesos) with tax included.

About where i work, im an independent professional, i used to have a "local" (sorry but i dont know how its sayed in english) but things where more red numbers than green so i quit that idea and work in my house for many years now.

In English you would say "I used to have a local shop", means like a small shop people in your area would go to. You could say establishment, but that sounds more formal.
